Genex Infosys vows to be a global BPO player

Genex Infosys, one of the top business process outsourcing (BPO) and Information Technology Enterprise Solutions (ITeS) companies of Bangladesh has been awarded as the "Best Large Contact Centre (Outsourced) Rank#2" in the Asia Pacific Region.

The Contact Centre World, a Canada-based Global Association for Contact Centre and Customer Engagement Best Practices, handed over the award to Genex Infosys at a function in Kota Kinabalu of Malaysia recently, said a statement issued in Dhaka.

According to a BSS report, Genex Infosys is a global association for contact centre and customer engagement best practices. Genex has also been recognised as the TopPlace2Work across Asia Pacific Region based on the independent surveys carried out by Contact Centre World pertaining to employee engagement and employee connections. Now Genex will compete in the World Finals with all the regional champions in London this October.

Genex managing director Adnan Imam and CEO Prince Mojumder said their vision of becoming a global BPO player was gradually shaped up after they were entrusted as top global brands’ customer experience management and revenue enhancement partner in different countries.
