Home Economics College students stage demonstration
Students of the Home Economics College staged demonstrations on Azimpur Road on Saturday to press home their various demands, including the one for declaring the college as an institute of Dhaka University.
Their demonstration disrupted vehicular movement for three hours.

Vehicular movement on the road from Nilkhet to Azimpur came to halt due to the blockade.
Later, traffic movements returned to normalcy around 3pm after police intervened into the matter, said AC Salahuddin.
