An International Monetary Fund (IMF) team will visit the capital from January 21 to February 4 to make an assessment on implementation of recommendations made nearly three years ago, official sources said. Thomas Alaxander will lead the mission comprising officials of the statistics department of IMF Asia Pacific. The mission will review national accounts, monetary and financial policies, government finance and balance of payment during their fortnight visit, sources added.
