SC declares Abdul Alim's appeal trial defunct
The Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday declared the appeal proceedings of war crimes convict Late Abdul Alim as defunct. A 5-member Appellate Division bench headed by Chief Justice M Muzammel Hossain passed the order in the morning.
