
Bureau of Research, Testing and Consultation (BRTC) of BUET conducted the lottery programme of the Fund.
The meeting was attended by General Manager of ICB and Chairman of ICB Asset Management Company Limited MA Motalib Chowdhury, General Manager of ICB Md Iftikhar-uz-Zaman, Chief Executive Officer of ICB Asset Management Company Limited Md Wahiduzzaman Khandaker, Deputy General Manager of ICB Nasir Uddin Ahmed as a member of ICB Employees Provident Fund on behalf of sponsor and representatives from DSE, CSE and CDBL.
The total size of the Fund was Tk 750 million (75.00 crore) (7,50,00,000 units of Tk 10.00 each) out of which sponsor's contribution was Tk 75.0 million (7.50 crore) (75,00,000 units) and reserved for Pre-IPO Placement was Tk 150 million (15.00 crore) (1,50,00,000 units).
Out of 675,916 valid applicants, 644,758 applicants were RB, 31,142 applicants were NRB's and 16 applicants were Mutual Funds.
The lottery was held in three categories. The result of the lottery could be seen on the website of the company www.icbamcI.com.bd.
The date and time of distribution of refund warrants and allotment advice will be notified to the investors through national dailies and company website.
