The 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Envoy Textiles Limited was held Monday on its factory premises at Bhaluka, Mymensingh.

The meeting was presided over by Engineer Kutubuddin Ahmed, chairman of the company. Among others Mr. Abdus Salam Murshedy, Managing Director, Mr. Tanvir Ahmed, Director, Ms. Shehrin Salam Oishee, Director, Mr. Tushar Tripathi, Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Saiful Islam Chowdhury ACS, Company Secretary were present at the meeting.

In the meeting, 15 per cent cash & 5 per cent stock dividend were approved for the shareholders of the conmpany for the year ended September 30, 2012.

The appointment of Mr. Abul Kalam Azad, FCA as Independent Director for 3 years term was also approved in the Annual General Meeting.

A good number of shareholders and senior executives of the company were present at the Annual General Meeting.
