Both the bourses of the country are scheduled to handover 25 per cent of their shares to strategic partners by December next in line with Exchanges Demutualisation Act 2013.

A delegation of CSE, led by its chairman Dr A K Abdul Momen, met Finance Minister A M A Muhith at his secretariat office on Thursday to inform him of the latest situation.

After the meeting Mr Momen told newsmen that discussions are going on with possible investors from China, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong and Singapore to have them as CSE's strategic partners.
