8,000 Bangladeshi entrepreneurs to get BSCIC training
BSCIC will impart training to some 8,000 entrepreneurs in 64 districts in the current fiscal year.

This was disclosed at the inaugural session of a three-day industrial development training at Skill Development Training Centre in Rajshahi. Industrial Support Centre (ISC) of Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation (BSCIC) organized the training.

Speakers at the discussion resolved that there was no alternative to industrial entrepreneurship development training for infusing dynamism into the industrialization process besides generating genuine entrepreneurs.

More impetus is needed to development of entrepreneurship particularly women through small and medium enterprises (SME) financing to accelerate the economy both in rural and urban areas.

The speakers said the BSCIC has been working relentlessly for creating self-employment through training.

After getting training, the young entrepreneurs will contribute a lot towards making the country self-reliant coupled with eradicating the unemployment problems through establishing industries.

In the current batch, 53 entrepreneurs of SME are taking part in the training.
