ACC arrests three graft suspects
The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) on Tuesday arrested three graft suspects, including an engineer of Telephone and Exchange (T&T), from Pabna and Narail in separate graft cases.
ACC Assistant Director Wajed Ali of its Jessore district office arrested former deputy assistant engineer of T&T Narail office from Narail, ACC spokesman Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya said, report UNB.
On May 17, 2017, a graft case was filed against him and three others for allegedly plundering over Tk 10 million of public money by giving 46 telephone connections to fake addresses.
An ACC team of its Pabna district office arrested two graft suspects from Pabna town in a land grabbing case.
