US-Bangla will fly to Bangkok May 3
Private carrier US-Bangla Airlines is set to fly Bangkok on May 03 as its sixth international destinations, reports BSS.
The flight will leave for Bangkok at 8.00am local time from Chittagong while at 9.40am from Dhaka, said a press release on Sunday.
Initially, four flights will be operated on Dhaka-Chittagong-Bangkok route - on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
The flight will reach Bangkok at local 01.10pm while return flight is scheduled to start at local 02.10pm and will reach Chittagong at 3.40pm and Dhaka at 05.10pm.
The minimum one-way fare is BDT 15,599 and BDT 23,999 has been fixed with return fare on Dhaka-Bangkok route. Besides, on Chittagong-Bangkok route, the minimum fare for one-way is BDT 16,999 while return fare is BDT 26,599. The fares include all taxes and surcharges.
With 164-seater Boeing 737-800 aircraft, the flights in Dhaka-Bangkok-Dhaka and Chittagong-Bangkok-Chittagong will be operated. There are 8 business-class and 156 economy seats in the newly added Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
Within a very short time, US-Bangla will operate in Guangzhou, Doha and many more and to this end another 737-800 aircraft and DASH8-Q400 will be added in the fleet within August this year, also said the release.
Currently US-Bangla Airlines owns six aircraft in its fleet, of which three are Boeing 737-800 and three are Dash8- Q400.
