Police raiding two ‘militant hideouts’ in Ctg
Police members in Chittagong are conducting raids on two separate houses, ‘hideouts for militants’.

Additional Superintendent of Police Mahiuddowla Reza said two houses in Sitakunda upazila are have been sealed off since Wednesday afternoon.

Around 3pm, Sitakunda police started raiding a house at the town’s Premtala neighbourhood, owned by one 'Shahin', he said, reports bdnews24.com.

According to unconfirmed reports, a bomb has been hurled at police from the house leaving one person injured.

Around the same time, another police team cordoned-off another building at the town's Amiradad area, which is owned by one Suresh Biswas, said Additional SP Reza.
