Court sends four ‘JMB men’ to jail
A Natore court on Sunday sent four alleged members of banned militant outfit Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) to jail in a case.
Judge Shamsul Al Amin passed the orders after police produced Fazlul Rahman Taher, Shahidul Islam, Shahabuddin and Rahidul Islam before his court separately, reports UNB.
Of them, Fazlul and Shahidul, who were arrested with huge arms and explosives from Chandpur village in Sadar upazila on January 15, were produced before court from jail.
Besides, Shahabuddin and Rahidul were arrested from Merigachha village in Baraigram upazila on Saturday in a case filed with Boalia Police Station of Rajshahi district in 2009 in connection with militant activities.
