Fly High Career Guidelines organised their signature event "Inspiration to Fly High Season 2" on April 30, 2016 at NewsCred Dhaka. Fly High Career Guidelines is a startup career consultancy firm aiming at the professional development of the society. The organisation was founded in August 2013 by Naimul Kader of North South University School of Business and Economics. Till date, Fly High Career Guidelines has facilitated its clients with updated career toolkit that they are required in order to foster in their academic and professional life. This year the organisers brought successful professionals from diverse background under one platform to highlight their inspiring stories. The speakers shared their insights on the pertinent issues for recent graduates and students. The aim of the event was to create a flock of inspired, motivated, and hungry dynamic minds that are ready to jump off the cliff and 'Fly High'.

Around 60 people participated in this event, and most of them were students from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), North South University (NSU), Bangladesh University of Professional (BUP), BRAC University, East West University (EWU), Dhaka University and several other universities. There were also some professionals and young entrepreneurs present in the audience. The event had six sessions on various topics. The speakers were Arif Shahriar, Chief People and Business Performance Officer at Rahimafrooz, Mustafizur Rahman Khan, Founder and CEO at SD Asia, Muhit Newaz, Product Executive at SK+F, Rafi Mustafa, Founder Tripooly,  Ruhul Kader, Co-founder, Future StartUp and Naimul Kader, Founder and CEO at Fly High Career Guidelines.

The main topics of the event were balancing GPA and ECA (extra curricular activities), power of extra curricular activities, student life and leadership, power of networking, importance of goal setting, scenario of current job market in Bangladesh, expectations from a fresh graduate, expected skills in an intern and a entry level job seeker, myth of having a high GPA and power of communication skills. The speakers also discussed issues on entrepreneurial pursuit and prospects of young entrepreneurs in Bangladesh. The organisers from Fly High Career Guidelines also covered the topics of student's personal development. They covered the important issues of self-branding, building online presence, proper online behaviour in social media platforms, résumé building assistance, cover letter tips, CV for IT candidates, public speaking skills and many more.

The event received great enthusiasm as the speakers shared from their practical experiences and the topics were very timely for the students who were about to join the job market or internship or start their own business.
