Dhaka Bank Limited (DBL) has recently launched a remittance banking in Comilla with the assistance of its partner PAGE Development Centre.

The money will be remitted through Western Union Money Transfer.

In this connection, the clients' get-together and traditional Mezban was organised by DBL at Comilla Town Hall recently, said a press release.

Deputy Commissioner of Comilla Abdul Malek was present at the function as the chief guest while DBL Managing Director Khondker Fazle Rashid presided over the programme.

Also present on the occasion were, DBL Deputy Managing Director Tanweer Rahim, In-charge of Global Trade Services Syed Faisal Omar, Country Manager of Western Union Syed Ahmed Kamal, Chairman Prof Amir Ali Chowdhury and Executive Director of PAGE Development Centre Lokman Hakim.
