Managing Director of Prime Bank Ltd M Ehsanul Haque has stressed the need for organising training programmes for the bank officials on regular basis so that they could perform their job skillfully.

He was speaking as special guest at the concluding ceremony of the 40th Foundation Training Course organised by the bank for its trainee assistants in the city recently.

The training course was held at the Prime Bank Training and Development Centre from from October 4 to 29.

Director of the bank Md Sirajul Islam Mollah was present as the chief guest on the occasion and gave away certificates to some 30 trainee officers on the concluding day.

Israt Kaisar, a trainee officer, received the best performance award for securing the first position in the training course.

The managing director lauded the standard of the training provided by the bank's training institute.

Md Tabarak Hossain Bhuiyan, SEVP and head of human resource division, also spoke on the occasion.
