The extra-ordinary general meeting (EGM) and the 32nd annual general meeting (AGM) of IFIC Bank Limited will be held tomorrow (Wednesday) at 3:30 pm and 4.00 pm respectively at Bashundhara Convention Centre, Block-G, Umme Kulsum Road, Bashundhara R/A, Baridhara in the city.

Registration counters for the meetings will remain open from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm on the same day, the bank said in a statement.
