A day-long workshop on "Spa Management" was organised by Innova Hospitality Services, a sister concern of Innova Services Limited, at Bengal Inn in the city recently.

International Spa Consultant Annie Simpson presented the various activities of Spa at the workshop, said a press release

The workshop was intended for local spa owners, entrepreneurs who wanted to set up a spa.

Innova Hospitality Services is a wing of Innova Services Limited headed by Mohammed Ehteshamul Haque Ripon as the Managing Director.

The organisation is engaged in providing customer-oriented services in the field of international traveling, tourism and visa appointment/processing activities.

The topics covered in the workshop were understanding the global spa industry/environmental responsibility in the spa industry, spa business strategies, spa pre-opening, branding, visual merchandising and retailing, staff training, mystery shopping, ways to monitor total guest satisfaction, demonstration-case study, etc.
