Standard Bank Limited (SBL) signed an ATM sharing agreement with Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) at the SBL head office in the city recently, said a press release.

SBL Managing Director SA Farooqui and DBBL Managing Director Md Yeasin Ali signed the agreement on their respective banks.

Also present at the signing ceremony were SBL Board of Directors Chairman Kazi Akramuddin Ahmed, Deputy Managing Director (DMD) Md Nazmus Salehin, Senior Executive Vice-president AF Jamal Uddin, Executive Vice-president (EVP) and Board Secretary AFM Nizamul Islam Chowdhury and Senior Vice-president (SVP) and head of Card Division Abdul Wali, and DBBL Deputy Managing Director Abul Kashem Md Shirin and EVP and head of Card Division Moyen Uddin Ahmed along with other senior executives of the two banks.

Under the agreement, SBL clients from now will be able to withdraw money from the DBBL's ATM booth.

The SBL clients can also use DBBL's POS network for payment of their shopping and other necessary bills easily.
