Jamuna Bank Limited (JBL) has organised a day-long workshop on 'Retail Banking' for its officers at the JBL head office in the city recently, said a press release.

JBL Managing Director (MD) Md Motior Rahman formally inaugurated the workshop as the chief guest.

Also present at the inaugural ceremony were JBL deputy managing directors (DMDs) MA Salam and Alauddin Al- Azad, and senior executive vice-presidents (SEVPs) AKM Rashiduzzaman and Md Yunus Ali.

A total of 24 participants from the bank's branches and head office took part in the workshop.

The bank's MD stressed the need for delivering banking support to its customers.
