CHITTAGONG, Aug 26 (UNB): A man was killed and another injured in a lynch-mob attack at Mailer Matha in city's Bandar thana Wednesday.

Police said local people caught two snatchers-Masud Rana (26) and Jasimuddin (25)-- while they were snatching a mobile phone set and other valuables from a passenger of CNG-run auto rickshaw at about 9:00 am. Later, the angry mob gave them a mass beating leaving them critically injured.
