RAJBARI, Aug 1 (UNB) : Six students, including the General Secretary (GS) of Rajbari Government College Students Union, were injured in attack by their rivals Thursday.

All the injured, including GS Ashraful Islam Asha, were admitted to Sadar Hospital where condition of Asha was stated to be critical.

Sources said the leaders of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) and Chhatra Moitree came under attack when they came out of the campus after holding a meeting with Jatyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) leaders and activists for maintaining peace on the campus.

Chhatra Moitree leaders blamed JCD for the attack. BCL activists later brought a procession and held a rally protesting the attack.
