Business team from China calls on DCCI president

Leader of the seven-member Chinese business delegation Wantong Li and Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) President Zafar Osman seen, among others, as the delegation called on the DCCI president in the city recently.
 

A seven-member business delegation from China led by acting governor of Dali Bai Prefecture Wantong Li called on Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) President Zafar Osman at DCCI office in the city recently.

DCCI Vice President MS Shckil Chowdhury, Vice President Md Sirajuddin Malik, directors R I Khan. M Anwarul Haque, Advocate Abdul Aziz Sarker, Additional Secrctary of DCCI Ferdaus Ara Begum and DCCI member Khaer M Khan were present on the occasion.

The DCCI president said trade relation between the two countries is warm and friendly. He stressed the need for enhancing the bilateral trade by utilising this cordial relation. He also said the Kunming Fair in China would help boost the bilateral trade between Bangladesh and China.

Leader of the Chinese delegation Wantong Li said his country is interested to expand trade with Bangladesh. He further commented that there were opportunities to invest in Bangladesh. China can help create employment opportunities for the people of Bangladesh by establishing industrial units in the country, he observed.

He invited the DCCI board of directors to visit Dali.
