NDB Capital Limited, a Sri Lanka-Bangladesh joint venture merchant bank, was launched through an inauguration dinner at The Westin, Dhaka recently.

Managing Director and CEO of the company Kusal Jayawardana was present on the occasion, said a press release.

NDB Capital Ltd, a subsidiary of NDB Bank of Sri Lanka, has started its operation with a view to boosting the capital market of Bangladesh.

The company plans to introduce a range of innovative financial products and corporate advisory services in Bangladesh to fulfil the growing needs of the market.
