LGRD Minister Syed Ashraful Islam disagreed with Foreign Minister Dr Dipu Moni's observation that Indian High Commissioner Pinak Ranjan Chakravarty had violated diplomatic etiquette by his remarks against some Bangladeshi water experts, environmentalists and politicians on the Tipaimukh dam issue, reports UNB.

"I don't think so," Ashraf, also spokesman for the ruling Awami League, told reporters who asked whether he endorsed the view of Dipu Moni.
