The 48th annual general meeting (AGM) of Reckitt Benckiser (Bangladesh) Limited has approved 230 per cent cash dividend for the year that ended on December 31, '08.

The AGM was held in the city recently, said a press release.

A good number of shareholders attended the AGM.

Among others, Chairman of the company and CFO Colin Day, Regional Director for South Asia Chander M Sethi, Managing Director Lutful Huda Chowdhury, Director Jnanendra N Biswas and Finance Director and Company Secretary Wahed Aziz-ur Rahman were present at the meeting, the release added.
