Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) has launched priority banking to offer better service to its clients, said a press release.
EBL Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ali Reza Iftekhar formally launched the service by opening a priority banking centre at its Gulshan branch in the city recently.
Also present in the launching ceremony were EBL deputy managing directors Mamoon Mahmood Shah, M Fakhrul Alam and Mukhlesur Rahman along with its management committee members, priority customers and local elite.
Dedicated relationship manager will provide banking services and many other facilities according to the needs of the clients through the priority banking.
Priority banking service will gradually be introduced at Uttara, Banani, Basundhara residential area branches in the city and OR Nizam Road branch in Chittagong.
