Khulna zone of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) organised the Annual Development Conference-2009 at the Zia Hall in Khulna recently, said a press release.

IBBL Managing Director M Fariduddin Ahmad was present as the chief guest, while its DMDs Mohammad Abdul Mannan and Md Habibur Rahman spoke as the special guests in the conference.

Senior Vice-president and head of Khulna zone Abul Basher Muhammad Mufazzal Husain presided over the conference.

The IBBL managing director said the global financial system has been collapsed due to the present financial recession.

He called upon all the officials and employees of the bank to work together in a view to implementing its annual development plan-2009 and to develop the standard of service, and personal and professional skill to face the global financial challenge.

Managers, executives, officials and employees of the zone took part in the conference.
